Jason Stringfellow of the band “Ordinary Outlaws” played Saturday during “Kooterfest” near the Arbuckle Ballroom. Proceeds from a memorial golf tournament and concert will go towards The Kraig L. Hodge Foundation, a scholarship fund, which was created in the memory of Kraig Lee “Kooter” Hodge, a popular Plainview High School graduate who died in a tragic accident June 14, 2002.
