Franklin Elementary has announced the October Terrific Kids who were recognized for being enthusiastic. Pictured are, from left, front row William Potts, Trey Rambo, Nafia Schultz, Sheniece May, Michael Bruner, Creed Tucker and Devin Howell, back row Dominique Alvarez, Kiwanis Club member Billie Bean, Joslyn Bourdon, Tia Lyles, Elijah Pumphrey, Jason Martinez, Nicholas Coward and principal Chris McMurry. Not pictured is Alex Fernandez. The students have been excited about their learning, been conscientious and eager and arrived on time. They were awarded a TERRIFIC Kid T-shirt, pencil, bumper sticker, button and a framed certificate from the Ardmore Kiwanis Club. A hat was awarded by Jerry’s Gun Shop and a pizza luncheon was sponsored by Papa’s Pizzeria.
