Mr. and Mrs. Bob Pinkerton, Lone Grove, announce the engagement of their daughter, Amy Louise, to Brandon Dale Crawley, the son of Kathy Rowten, Lone Grove; and Rodney Crawley, Ardmore.
The future bride is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Ford Pinkerton; the late Mr. and Mrs. Charley Scott; and Ann Scott, Tulsa.
She is a 2001 Lone Grove High School graduate, and earned a bachelor’s degree in behavioral science from Southeastern Oklahoma State University in Durant. She is a Juvenile Justice Specialist II with the Office of Juvenile Affairs in Ardmore.
Her fiance graduated from Lone Grove High School in 2004 and is a student at the Ardmore Higher Education Center studying criminal justice. He is employed by Broadway Automotive in Ardmore.
His grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Jack Murphy, Ardmore; the late Odell Crawley; the late Sammy Shumaker; and Carol Shumaker and Charolette Shumaker, both of Ardmore.
The couple plan to be married on Aug. 29, 2009, in the Ardmore First Baptist Church.
