Mr. and Mrs. Victor Brumley, Ardmore, announce the engagement of their daughter, Leah Rae, to Kelvin Douglas Schma, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Schma, Dallas; and Dedera Crockett, Grand Junction, Colo.
The future bride is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert Arterburn; Robert Stroud, Buna, Texas; and the late Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Ray Brumley. She is the great-granddaughter of Eula Calvert, El Dorado, Kan.
She graduated from Ardmore High School in 2004 and received her bachelors degree in business administration from Oklahoma State University in 2008. She is currently employed by AMLI in Dallas.
Her fiance is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Don Wilfong, Payson, Ariz.; Mardie Schma, St. Helena, Calif.; Mr. and Mrs. Donald Schma, Kerrville, Texas; Claire Ihle, Slatter, Iowa; and the late Merv Ihle.
He graduated from J.J. Peirce High School, Richardson, Texas and earned a bachelors degree in business administration from Oklahoma State University in 2008.
The couple plan to be married on Oct. 9, 2009 at Cappella Court Gardens, Carrollton, Texas.
