Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Darling, Healdton, announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Reneé, to Jared Chase Riffe, the son of Donna Riffe and Billy Riffe, both of Velma.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Oweeta Smith and Betty Darling, Healdton; the late K.L. Smith; and the late W.A. Darling.
She graduated from Healdton High School, and earned her associate degree in computer information systems from Eastern Oklahoma State University in Wilberton in 2004. She received her bachelor’s degree in business administration and management information systems from the University of Science and Arts in Chickasha. She is a software developer for Bird Dog Software in Moore.
Her fiance graduated from Velma Alma High School and is a cable installation technician for Baker Hughes in Lindsay.
His grandparents are the late Mr. and Mrs. Bill Riffe; and the late Mr. and Mrs. Paul Patterson.
The couple plan to be married on Aug. 16, 2008, in the Healdton Assembly of God Church.
