Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Lavers, Ardmore, announce the engagement of their daughter, Keisha Brooke, to Brett Andrew Frantom, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Frantom, Yukon.
The future bride is the granddaughter of Ruth Lasiter, Ardmore; the late L.H. Lasiter; and the late Mr. and Mrs. Ervin Lavers.
She graduated from Plainview High School and from East Central University in Ada with a bachelor of science degree in elementary education. She also obtained a master’s degree in instructional media from the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond.
She is currently employed as a library media specialist with Oklahoma City Public Schools.
Her fiance graduated from Mustang High School and from Embrey-Riddle Aeronautical University. He is currently employed as a lead technician with the Federal Aviation Administration, Oklahoma City.
The couple plan to be married on Dec. 5, 2009, in the Oklahoma City Farmers Public Market.
