Ardmore, OK —

Mr. and Mrs. Tracy “Red” Clour, Springer, announce the engagement of their daughter, Staci Elaine, to James Andrew Smith, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Smith, Ratliff City.


The future bride is the granddaughter of Vera Clour, Ratliff City; the late Ray Clour; Lawanna McCauley, Healdton; and the late E.F. “Doc” McCauley.


She graduated from Fox High School in 2001 and received her bachelors degree in business administration from the University of Oklahoma in 2006. She is currently employed as a CPA with Smith, Carney & Co. in Ardmore.


Her fiance is the grandson of Billy Paul Smith, Ratliff City; the late Nell Smith; Jackie Brooks, Duncan; Anita Jones, Velma; and the late Kenneth Jones.


He graduated from Fox High School in 2002 and received his bachelors degree in science from East Central University in 2008. He is currently self-employed as a contract pumper.


The couple plan to be married on Dec. 5, 2009, at the Arbuckle Wedding Chapel.
