"Although our decline in pump prices has not been dramatic, the average has dropped each of the last five days," Chuck Mai, spokesman for AAA Oklahoma, said Tuesday. "This is an encouraging sign for motorists, signaling that gas prices may have hit their high for the year. Midwest refineries have worked out their problems and we expect prices to begin moving down, as long as there are no major bumps in oil prices."
