The Carter County Federation of Democratic Women will meet on Tuesday in Luigi’s Italian Restaurant, 1225 N. Washington St., Ardmore.
Beginning at 11 a.m., members and guest will have the opportunity to meet and greet candidates, including Susan Paddack, who is running for state school superintendent, and Stephen Covert, a candidate for state treasurer.
The Federation of Democratic Women welcomes all women and their guests to join them.
Lunch may be ordered from the menu with the official meeting beginning at noon.
The meeting is open to anyone interested in political issues with the desire to become more involved during the coming election year.
