THS managed to win three games at the tournament, before dropping a pair of one-run contests to end the weekend.

Tishomingo (4-2) is scheduled to be at Madill this afternoon. 

 

Tishomingo 15 Boswell 0 F/3

Three innings was all Tishomingo needed to finish Boswell in the opening game.

The Lady Indians scored five runs in the first inning with Kristen Lovett registering an inside-the-park home run before Laney Rodgers scored on an error to make it 2-0.

Rylee Barnes then hit a two-RBI triple before Chole Aguirre scored on an error.

Tishomingo scored 10 runs in the second inning to seal the victory.

Grace Anderson got the win on the mound, allowing just one hit with one walk and eight strikeouts.

 

Tishomingo 5 Coalgate 0 

The offense kept rolling in the second game as Tishomingo defeated Coalgate.

Cheyanne Arkansas made it 2-0 in the first with a two-RBI double, before Laney Rodgers hit an RBI single to left field in the second.

Kristen Lovett added a fourth run with an RBI single in the fourth, with Logan Bryant made it 5-0 with an RBI single to center in the fifth.

Grace Anderson threw five innings of work, allowing just one hit with 11 strikeouts.

 

Tishomingo 6 Kiowa 3 

It was a third straight win for the Lady Indians as they defeated Kiowa next.

Tishomingo took the lead in the first with one run, before scoring five in the bottom of the third.

Kiowa scored a run in the fourth followed by two in the fifth.

Grace Anderson and Rylee Barnes finished with two RBI each in the game.

Anderson finished with five strikeouts, while allowing three earned runs on six hits on the mound.

Tishomingo 1

A close defeat to the Turner Lady Falcons stopped the Lady Indians winning streak.

Cheyanne Arkansas gave Tishomingo a 1-0 lead in the bottom of the third with an RBI double.

Turner scored a run in the top of the fourth before adding one more in the top of the seventh.

Grace Anderson allowed one earned run on three hits with 11 strikeouts in seven innings of work.

A rematch with Kiowa didn’t produce a fourth victory of the tournament.

Cheyanne Arkansas scored on an error in the top of the fourth, before Kiowa scored two runs in the bottom of the inning to seal the game.

Jolie Northcutt took the loss on the mound for the Lady Indians, throwing 2 1/3 innings of work. She allowed two runs (0 earned) on four hits for the Lady Indians in the contest.
