Funeral services for Thalia Ann Beane Hutchins are scheduled for 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Craddock Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery. 

The family will host a visitation Tuesday evening from 6 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.

Born in Ardmore, Okla., March 9, 1938 to Charles Henry Beane, Jr. and Stella Vee Rogers Beane.  Thalia went home to be with her Lord on August 24, 2017.

Thalia was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Henry Beane, Jr. and Stella Vee Rogers Beane, and a maternal grandmother, Bette Lucinda Hughes Rogers, and five brothers and sisters.  Clyde Wesley Beane, Charles Henry Beane III, Betty Lou Beane Nelson, Nina Marie Beane Roberts, Robert Orion Beane, and a beloved Stepson Joe David Hutchins, Jr. and a nephew Lance Pettingill.

She is survived by her husband Joe David Hutchins, Sr., a son Robert Garold Blakeslee and wife Pat, two daughters Greta Ann Blakeslee, and Lisa Marie Lane-Renfroe and her husband Lance.  Two step-daughters, Katherine Hutchins Prince and husband Steve, and Kimberly Hutchins Fowler and husband Cord.  Eight grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.  Three nieces and one nephew, Melinda Pettingill, Alecia Hardin and husband Bob and family, BeLinda Vaughn and family, Roy Geldon Roberts Jr. and family. Charles Henry Beane IV and family.  Many cousins, a host of life-long friends and brothers and sisters in Christ.

Ann was retired as a Medical Professional, with LPN and three registries.  She later retired from Prudential Insurance and Metropolitan Insurance, co. and was an LUTCF graduate.  Ann was a published poet, loved life, loved her Lord and her country.  She enjoyed spending time with her cats and collected hats, which she loved wearing to church.  She was a member of Merrick Drive Church of Christ, was loved by many and will be missed dearly.
