Ronald Dale Colbert 72, of Mannsville, Okla., passed away Monday, September 18, 2017, at the OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City. He was born on February 14, 1945, in Ardmore  to the late T. S. Colbert and Gussie Edwards Colbert. Ronnie was raised in the Greasy Bend and Mannsville area. He married Sandra Carson on August 6, 1962, in Ardmore. Ronnie worked for the Beedles Plastic Company and for Warren Jones on his ranch.  He later worked for Johnston County before going to work for ONG where he retired in 2007 after 25 years. Ronnie was a member of the Mannsville First Baptist Church and enjoyed leading the church music worship. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing and loved shooting hogs.
He is survived by his wife, Sandra Colbert of the home; son, Tony Colbert of Ft. Worth, Texas; two nephews, Jeremy Colbert, of Kentucky, and Timothy Colbert, of Mannsville.
Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Larry Colbert. Visitation will be Thursday at Watts Funeral Home, Madill from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. with family hours from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Services will be at 2 p.m., Friday, September 22, 2017, at the Mannsville First Baptist Church. Kevin Russell and Ken McCarthick will officiate the service. Music arranged by Patsy Cargel, Debbie Barnes and Sharron Barnes. Interment will be at the Lone Cedar Cemetery, Mannsville, Oklahoma. Casket bearers will be Lyndol Barnes, Dustin Barnes, Colton Barnes, Weldon Barnes, Dan Childs and Justin Hartwell.
