1 The Harley Owners Group will be in Ardmore beginning Thursday for the first ever Central Region HOG Rally. This event will draw Harley owners not just from across Oklahoma, but also Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas, Colorado — even a group from Australia.
During the three-day rally, riders will experience motorcycle rides throughout the scenic areas surrounding Ardmore. In addition, the Harley Davidson 2018 demo fleet will be on site for attendees.
Riders will also take part in a variety of activities, games and tests of riding skills, a bike show, and observation rides. The Rally, with a theme of “Island Time” kicks off at 5 p.m. Thursday in downtown Ardmore with music and food hosted by Ardmore Main Street Authority. Saturday afternoon will feature a parade of Harley-Davidsons winding through the streets of Ardmore at 4 p.m. So, whether you own a Harley or not, come check out the rally to see (and hear) the bikes and events.

2 OklaMania II & OklaCon  kick off Saturday at 9 a.m. The event features a celebration of Oklahoma featuring: The Danny Hodge Battle Royal, pro wrestling legends Sting, Kevin Von Erich with his sons Marshall and Ross, “The Total Package” Lex Luger, Sunny, Missy Hyatt, Tatanka, Saved by the Bell’s Dustin Diamond, the iconic Flash Gordon from Ted, Survivor’s Jonny Fairplay, the Grappler, Sir Mo from Men on a Mission, Vader, and almost all of the talent featured at OklaMania. The event also includes family festival games for prizes, bounce houses, and face paintings of your favorite wrestler.

3 The Lone Grove Haunted House opens for the Halloween season on Friday. Billed as the most terrorizing haunted house in more than 100 miles,  the Halloween mainstay will remain open on Fridays and Saturdays through Oct. 31. It features 18 attractions and dark mazes that you’re sure to get lost and confused in.

4 PumpkinFest in The Park kicks off at 10 a.m. Saturday in Wynnewood. The event will feature dozens of craft and food vendors as well as a car show, live band and carnival rides.
Kids can have fun with pony rides, games and, of course, the big pumpkin roll  while mom and dad enjoy live music by Arbuckle Xpress and the classic car show.

5 Get Your Tailgate On for “The Best Little Tailgating” experience in the Great American Conference. Join the SE Alumni Association in Tailgate Alley starting at 11 a.m., Saturday  before the Savage Storm football team takes the field looking for another victory. Kickoff is at 2 p.m. Tailgating happens before every home game. You can still get in on the tailgating action whether or not you bring a grill. Tailgating is held in the parking lot at the corner of 2nd Ave. and University Blvd. From Willow St. drive north on 2nd Ave.
