Graveside services for Kathleen L. McClure will be Saturday, Dec. 2, 2017 10 a.m. at McAlister Cemetery with Rev. Jim Yeager officiating. The family visitation will be from 6-7 p.m. Friday at Craddock Funeral Home. Kathleen was born Dec. 6, 1934, in Ardmore and was a lifelong resident of this area. She passed from this life on Nov. 29, 2017, in Ardmore, at the age of 82. Her first marriage was to Clyde Parish and a son Steve Parish was born. Kathleen’s second marriage was to Charles McClure and they had children Penny Sloan, Carmella Bonvillain, Charles McClure (at age 42 and 44 late age conceived Carmella and Cheeto) She was always very proud of that fact. She worked as an AT&T Operator, Sold Insurance Globe Life, Newspaper delivery, Substitute Teacher, Rental Property Owner. Kathleen loved Kids, Play Gospel Music in church, Piano, Bingo Enthusiast, and Cooking and Big Dinners, the color blue, her brother in law Wally Boelman dearly, very thankful for him and all he has done for her over the years.
She was preceded in death by her parents Edna Carmel Marsh Newman (McGuire) and Cline McGuire; brothers Vinnie McGuire, and Derril McGuire. Kathleen is survived by her 4 children Steve and Renee Parish of Ardmore, Penny and Rick Sloan Ardmore, Okla., Carmella and Chad Bonvillain of Louisiana, Charles and Julie McClure Bartlesville, Okla.; Sister Pat Ruggs and Wally Boelman; aunt Dorothy Smith all of Ardmore; 13 grandchildren, Chris Parish wife Angela, Steven Parish, Chanler Ned, Justin Ned, Chelsie Ned, Rikki Sloan, Connor McClure, Devon Butcher, Josh Butcher, Nathan McClure, Sidney Bonvillain, Chelsea Seifred, Scotty Seifred; Great grandchildren: Isabella Parish, Jaxon Ned, Jagger Ned, Kaylor Ned, Jr Siefred, Keagan Seifred, Ivy McClure. Many cousins and nieces and nephews she loved dearly.
Pall Bearers will be Steve Parish, Charles McClure, Chris Parish, Steven Parish, Rick Sloan, Curtis Bishop. Honorary bearers are Chanler Ned, Justin Ned, Chelsie Ned, Connor McClure, Devon Butcher, Josh Butcher, Nathan McClure, Sidney Bonvillain, Rikki Sloan, Jaxon Ned.
