Lower Illinois River: Dec. 10. River elevation normal with water temperature at 55 degrees and murky. Rainbow trout fair on in-line spinnerbait, nymphs, and Powerbait below the dam, in creek channels, at the dam and off rocks. NORTHWEST

Canton: Dec. 9. Lake elevation below average with clear water. Striped bass hybrids good on slabs in the main lake. White crappie good on jigs on brush structure and at the dam. Report submitted by Mark Walker, game warden stationed in Blaine County.

Foss: Dec. 13. Lake elevation 7 inches below normal and clear with water temperature in the low 50s. Striped bass hybrids good in early morning following the birds. Sand bass fair with live bait. Walleye slow on worms. Catfish slow. Report submitted by Eric Puyear, B&K Bait House.

Arbuckle: Dec. 10. Lake elevation is below average with water temperature at 54 degrees and clear to stained. Largemouth bass and smallmouth bass fair on Alabama rig, crankbaits, jerk bait, jigs, plastics and spoons on brush structure, in creek channels, in the main lake and off points. White crappie and white bass good on jigs, minnows, and spoons on brush structure, in creek channels, off docks and in the main lake. Broken Bow: Dec. 10. Lake elevation is below average with water temperature at 53 degrees. Largemouth, smallmouth, and spotted bass fair on bill baits, crankbaits, and spoons on brush structure, off points, in the river channels, and river mouth. Channel, blue, and flathead catfish fair on chicken liver, punch bait, and stinkbait in channels, coves, creek channels, river channel and in the river mouth. Eufaula: Dec. 10. Lake elevation below average and murky. Black crappie and white crappie are excellent on crickets, jigs, and minnows on brush structure, in coves and off docks. Blue catfish are good on cut bait, dough bait, and worms in coves, off docks , and in the main lake. Striped bass fair on cut bait, live bait, live shad, and plastics below the dam and at the dam. Hugo: Dec. 10. Labass e elevation is below average with water temperature at 60 degrees and murky. Largemouth, spotted, and white bass fair on lipless baits, plastics, and sassy shad off points and along shorelines. Blue and channel catfish fair on cut bait, live shad, and worms below the dam, off flats, and in the main lake. Konawa: Dec. 11. Lake elevation is normal with water temperature at 56 degrees and clear. Largemouth bass fair on Alabama rig, crankbaits, jerk bait, plastics, and shad in the main lake, off points, and in the river channel. Striped bass hybrids and white bass fair on crankbaits, live shad, and spoons in coves, in the main lake, and river channel. McGee Creek: Dec. 10. Lake elevation is below average with water temperature at 64 degrees. Largemouth bass and spotted bass slow on crankbaits, and lipless baits off points and standing timber. Pine Creek: Dec. 10. Lake elevation is below average with water temperature at 51 degrees and clear. Largemouth bass good on crankbaits off points. Black crappie fair on jigs in creek channels. Robert S. Kerr: Dec. 9. Lake elevation normal with clear water. White crappie good on jigs and minnows in creek channels and in 15 ft. of water. Largemouth bass slow on crankbaits and spinnerbaits in the main lake, off points and rocks. Blue catfish fair on shad and juglines in channels and in the main lake. Report submitted by J.D. Sardis: Dec. 11. Lake elevation below average with water temperature at 59 degrees. Largemouth and spotted bass slow on spinnerbaits along shorelines and standing timber. Blue, channel, and flathead catfish slow on cut bait, shad, and sunfish in the main lake. White crappie slow on tube jigs on brush structure and standing timber. Texoma: Dec. 10. Lake elevation is normal with water lightly stained at 56-59 degrees. Striped bass good on shad and slabs in coves, in the main lake, and along riprap. Blue catfish good on chicken liver, cut bait, and shad in the main lake, off points, and along riprap. White crappie good on jigs and minnows on brush structure, off docks, and in the main lake. Wister: Dec. 10. Lake elevation is normal with cloudy water. Largemouth bass fair on bill baits, grubs, and plastics on brush structure, in channels, and standing timber.
