Funeral Services for Jackie Ray Woody, 61, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, April, 7, 2018, at Real Life  Community Fellowship Outreach, 702 H Street,Northwest, Ardmore OK, 73401. Rev. Steven W. Woody will be officiating and Rev. James W. Johnson will present the eulogy. Interment will follow at Clearview Cemetery, Ardmore, Okla.
Jackie Ray, the fourth child born to the late Clinton “Jack” and Marie Chiles Woody was born Sept. 13, 1956, and passed away on March 24, 2018 at his residence. Jackie was an Ardmore resident all of his life. He graduated from Ardmore High School in the class of 1974. Jackie attended Langston University for a brief period of time.  Jackie Ray retired as a truck driver after 30-plus years due to a medial disability.
Jackie is preceded in death by his parents.
Jackie is survived by four sisters: Annette French, Columbus, Ohio,  Cheryl M. Thomas, Fort Worth, Texas, Carol J. Cohee, Ardmore, Okla., Patricia E. Gregg, (Randy)  Oklahoma City, Okla., and one brother, Steven W. Woody, Admore, Okla. Four nephews, Raynard Banks, Columbus, Ohio, James W. Johnson, Ardmore, Okla., Galen Brown, Dallas, Texas, and Joshua White, Las Vegas, Nevada. Four nieces, Jacqueline M. Jones, Houston, Texas, Stepheny Finnie, Chesterfield, Virginia, Shantell Scott, Denton, Texas and Henrietta Harri, Las Vegas, Nevada, and several great nieces and nephews.
