History repeated itself on Monday for the Madill Wildcats, but in a good way.

For the second time this season, the Wildcats are on a four-game winning streak thanks to Devin Chapa tossing a perfect game against the Tishomingo Indians.

Madill won the game by a score of 2-0 after one run in the fifth and sixth innings.

Tahlon Hamilton got the Wildcats on the board in the bottom of the fifth inning when he scored on a wild pitch.

Ethan Nixon doubled the advantage in the bottom of the sixth with an EBI double to left field.

Chapa was brilliant on the mound, striking out eight batters while not allowing a single hit or a walk through seven innings of work.

Madill (11-8) will be back in action on April 12 taking on the Dickson Comets at 4:30 p.m. on the road.

A game against Davis will then follow the next day, before district play resumes.
