Formal charges have been filed on Kaleb Joseph Snider, the 27-year-old Ardmore man arrested Tuesday morning near the 1900 block of Robinson Street NW. The charges are burglary from an automobile.
Snider faces a felony charge for second degree burglary in addition to a misdemeanor for public intoxication. Snider was arrested by Ardmore Police Officer Nicholas Denewellis after fleeing on foot from the scene of the alleged crime. Snider was found in possession of property belonging to the victims at the time of arrest.
The cash bond was set at $1,000 by Judge Carson Brooks. The next hearing in the case will be the preliminary conference which is set for May 24th.
