Thomas Raymond Gentry, 91, of Ardmore, passed away Monday, May 21, 2018, at the Veterans Center in Ardmore. He was born on Nov. 13, 1926, in Kingston, to the late Thomas Henry Gentry and Rachel Florence Buttery Gentry. Thomas was raised in Russett, Okla., and lived in this area entire life.
He worked on a cattle ranch as a Ranch hand and other odd jobs. Thomas married Alice Irene Watkins and she preceded him in death. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his children, Billy Ray Gentry, of Ardmore, Debbie Kincannon, of Duncan; several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; brothers, Jessie Gentry and wife Lou, of Madill, Lewis Gentry and wife Madge, of Antlers, Okla.; sisters, Betty Lorene Moss, of Wilson, Corene Worrell and husband Jessie, of Fort Worth, Texas, and Colleen Tillery, of Iola, Kan.
Thomas was preceded in death by parents; wife; one daughter, June Smith; and three brothers, James, Roy and Troy. 
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday, at Watts Funeral Home in Madill.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Friday, May 25, 2018, at the Watts Memorial Chapel in Madill. Jimmy Dale Gentry will officiate the service. Interment will be at the Mannsville Cemetery in Mannsville.
