Once again, the Davis Lady Wolves cheer team showed this summer why they continue to have a proud tradition of success.

During the month of June, head coach Tammy Johnson and her team made their way to Norman for UCA camp, which was held at the University of Oklahoma.

During their time at the camp, the Lady Wolves received multiple team honors, as well as a total of seven members from the squad earning All-American status.

Davis cheer received a gold ribbon and first place trophy for their overall cheer performance at the camp, as well as a second place overall trophy in the extreme dance competition.

Kirstin Goodin, Qurissa Dodds, Alex Johnston, Presley Warren, Kylie Moss, Rylie Truver, and Madi Merrell were all named as All-American selections at the camp.

“These girls worked extremely hard during each day at the camp,” Johnson said. “They all had a lot of fun and I’m extremely proud of them.”

The cheerleaders will be performing at Wolves football games this year.
