Tuesday afternoon, the trend continued as a trip to Lawton proved to be successful with a doubleheader sweep of the Lawton Ike Lady Eagles. 

In game one, Ardmore cruised to an 18-5 victory, with Makila Case hitting a home run as part of her four RBI game where she also went 4-for-4 at the plate.

Reagan Lewis went 2-for-6 with two RBI and a run scored. Avery Lowe finished with three RBI while going 3-for-5 at the plate with two runs scored.

Nakayla Coleman also had three RBI at the plate, with Lauren Blankenship and Savannah Marris each having one RBI.

Morris got the win on the mound, throwing six innings. She allowed four earned runs with on eight hits with five walks and two strikeouts. 

Game two was just as easy for the Lady Tigers, as they won 22-4 to finish off the sweep. 

Avery Lowe had a game to remember as she finished 3-for-4 at the plate with three runs scored and a total of eight RBI’s and two home runs, with one of them being a grand slam. 

Makila Case finished with five RBI’s while going 3-for-4 at the plate. Kalie Douglas, Brooklin Coronado and Lauren Blankenship each had two RBI, while Regan Lewis and Nakayla Coleman each had one RBI. 

Jacy Johnson got the win on the mound, throwing five innings. She allowed one earned run on four hits with two walks and three strikeouts. 

Ardmore (7-6, 3-0) is back at home at 5:30 p.m. Monday against Chickasha.
