With home course advantage on their side Saturday morning, the Madill cross country teams ran in the annual Wildcat Run. which was held at the Madill City Lake.

The Wildcats managed to take second overall, missing out on the title by four points against Byng, while the Lady Wildcats finished in third overall in the team standings.

In the girls race, Joslyn Stumblingbear was the top finisher for the Lady Wildcats in fourth place at 14:01.

Daisy Rosas finished in 15th overall with a time of 14:58 for Madill.

Other finishers for the Lady Wildcats included: Fatima Duenez (15:02), Yesenia Silva (15:14), Alejandra Orozco (15:29), Isabel Sanchez (15:48), Jasmine Story (16:03), Molly Fulgham (16:39), Ariana Salinas (16:40), Coca Flores (16:42), Lala Flores (16:50), Emile Vann (17:15), Fernanda Hernandez (17:28), Lydia Wiese (17:37), Alyssa Maldonado (18:09), Jimena Guevara (18:13), Martisa Mendez (18:24), Elissa Neese (18:32), Karen Hernandez (19:46), Mariana Mendez (19:56), and Itzel Salinas (22:36).

Also running in the girls race representing Dickson was Lauren Hendry who finished 16th overall with a time of 14:59, as well as Ashlen Clem who clocked in at 15:04 in 20th overall. Shae Rasmussen finished with a time of 19:16. 

In the boys race, Miguel Duran won the individual title for Madill with a time of 17:19, with teammate Keon Christie in third place at 18:24. 

Anthony Sanchez also finished in the top-10 with a time of 19:04 in eighth place. 

Diego Ibarra finished in 16th overall with a time of 19:59.40.

Other finishers for Madill included Brodie Tull (20:31.35), Brandon Serrano (20:36), Chris Bennett (20:38), Gael Salinas (21:02), Angel Granados (21:06), Eric Moreno (21:50), Edgar Perfecto (21:58), Saul Salinas (23:32), Raul Puente (23:05), Josue Segura (25:20), Damian Ramirez (26:23), Juan Calixto (28:48), and Morgan Avery (33:55). 

Madill will be running on Thursday afternoon at East Central University, before hosting the Lake Country Conference meet on Saturday.
