Ardmore Police Department Cpl. Travis Shields made contact with an individual regarding an auto burglary last Thursday afternoon.
According to Shields’ report, the victim had a firearm stolen from their vehicle at a local business.
APD Capt. Keith Ingle said the victim had been involved in a collision and the vehicle was towed. “His gun was apparently stolen after the vehicle was towed,” Ingle said.
Damages are estimated at around $300. No suspects have been identified at this time.
