Friday night was no different as a short road trip to Thackerville proved to be a successful contest as the Eagles won over the Wildcats 52-6, in a game which was called in the third quarter, giving them their first 3-0 start since 2005.

In the first quarter, Logan Schaaf got the Eagles going with a 40-yard touchdown off a punt return, before adding the two-point conversion to make it 8-0. 

Landon Utt then caught a 15-yard touchdown pass from Logan Schaaf to make it 14-0, before Logan Schaaf finished off the quarter in style with an 8-yard rushing touchdown before adding the two-point conversion to make it 22-0.

In the second quarter, Hayden Mantooth caught a 72-yard pass from Logan Schaaf before Hunter Wyatt added the two point conversion to make it 30-0.

Thackerville would get on the board with a touchdown pass, before Carson Fulton then caught a 10-yard pass from Logan Schaaf, with Mantooth adding the two-point conversion to make it 38-6.

Wilson finished off the game in the third quarter thanks to Trevor Schaaf scoring an 18-yard rushing touchdown, before Logan Schaaf converted the two-point conversion. 

Trevor Schaaf would finish off the game with a 43-yard rushing touchdown.

Logan Schaaf finished the game 4-of-8 passing for 110 yards and three touchdowns, while rushing for 31 yards on five carries with one touchdown.

Trevor Schaaf totaled 79 yards on five carries with two touchdowns.

Thackerville was paced by Seth Kretzchmar with 13 carries for 39 yards followed by Chisum Shurbet with 14 carries for 27 yards.

Wilson will be in action at 7:30 p.m. Friday night against Fox at Skinny Stewart Stadium.
