Over the weekend the Indians and Lady Indians success continued as they managed to sweep the boys and girls titles at the Plainview Invitational.

In the boys race it was Marietta finishing with 20 points, followed by Plainview in third with 75 and Ardmore in seventh with 196.

Marietta managed to capture the top four spots in the boys race with Zane Nutter claiming the individual title. Preston Wisenhunt was second, with Danny Sanchez third and Chase Waterhouse fourth. They clocked in with times of 17:00, 17:14, 17:58 and 18:06. 

Antonio Valenzuela claimed 10th overall with a time of 18:44. 

Other finishers for Marietta included Kyler Williams (19:47), Wilbert Salas (20:06), Conner Vinson (21:32), Cash Waterhouse (22:51), and Ethan Lawson (25:08) 

As for the Plainview boys, Ethan Lollman was the top finisher in seventh place with a time of 18:34, followed by Benjamin Hicks in ninth at 18:39. 

Josh Hottell claimed 14th overall with a time of 18:54, with Lane Willoughby in 17th overall with a time of 19:09. 

Other runners for Plainview included Scotty Maxey (19:48), Trevor Honeycutt (20:15), Michael Lloyd (20:43), Jack Christensen (20:59), Sailor Heller (21:59), Kyle Sutherlin (23:25), and River Eubanks (25:27)

Destin Sampson was the top finisher for Ardmore in 26th place with a time of 19:30.

Other finishers for the Tigers included Tamo Garcia (20:18), Jesse Martinez (20:36), Aaron Alvarez (22:38), and Victor Gomez (22:53). 

Leonardo Banda represented Dickson High School in 16th place with a time of 19:06. 

On the girls side, it was Marietta registering 37 points to take the team title, just ahead of second place Plainview with 43.

Dickson’s Lady Comets finished seventh overall in the team standings. 

Mandy Sykora won the individual title for Marietta with a time of 12:26, followed by teammate Kaelyn Dobbins in third at 12:48. Vanessa Rodriquez was fifth overall with a time of 13:14, with Vegas Bell and Sophie Love in 12th and 16th overall with times of 13:52 and 14:06. 

Other finishers for Marietta included Lexi Waterhouse (14:31), Monica Flores (14:38), Abigail Alvarez (14:41), River Pierce (15:02), and Monica Salazar (15:30). 

Faith Lloyd was the top finisher for the Plainview girls in sixth overall with a time of 13:16, followed by Hadyn Hobbs in seventh place with a time of 13:30. 

Plainview’s girls occupied places 9-11 with Deryn Hobbs in ninth followed by Madi Turner and Jacey Keith with times of 13:41, 13:43, and 13:47. 

Emily Butler was in 14th overall with a time of 13:57, with Katie Wiggs in 21st at 14:24.

Other finishers for Plainview included Paola Recio (14:59), Sommer Bowker (15:10), Maddison Miller (15:21), Marla Williams (16:07), Jessie Gray (16:33), Taylor Barnes (16:44), Chelsey Carathers (17:01), Kelsey Carathers (17:41), Olivia Heller (17:52), Madi Morris (18:07), Brooklyn Heller (18:10), Heidi Harper (18:35), Brenna Bailey (18:58), Jessie Kelly (19:37), and Kelly Galvez (20:43). 

Lauren Hendry was the top finisher for Dickson in 15th place with a time of 14:02, with Katlen Clem clocking in at 14:50, with Ashlen Clem at 14:50.7.

Other finishers for the Lady Comets included Shae Rasmussen (18:56), and Abby Arnold (19:01). 

Naughtica Douglas represented Ardmore with a time of 16:50 during the race to finish for the Lady Tigers.
