A Burneyville man charged with multiple felonies including charges of first degree rape, rape by instrumentation and lewd or indecent acts to a child under 16 in February was sentenced Tuesday in Love County court.
Robert Michael Woodall, 41, represented by Ardmore attorney James Gilmartin, entered a guilty plea Tuesday. After the judge heard the victims’ impact statements, the court accepted the plea bargain, which included dismissal of felony counts of rape by instrumentation and first degree rape. Woodall was sentenced to 45 years in the custody of the state’s Department of Corrections with all but the first 20 years suspended. Sentences for all charges will run concurrent.
Woodall was given credit for time served and ordered to pay  $11,086.55, with payments to begin after release from imprisonment.
