Man wanted in Texas arrested in Marietta

A Midlothian, Texas, man was jailed as a wanted felon Tuesday after being stopped for alleged traffic violations.

Robert Edward Guthrie, 35, was pulled over by a Marietta Police officer Tuesday for failing to signal a turn. The officer immediately arrested Guthrie after being notified he was wanted on an outstanding felony warrant.

Guthrie also faces a laundry list of criminal charges after the officer found an assortment of drugs and materials used to make illicit narcotics  and other paraphernalia.
