Services for Eva Nadine Hoffman, 60, of Prague, Okla., will be at 10 a.m. Monday, Nov. 2, 2009, in Lake Murray Chapel with Pastor Bobby Freeman officiating. Interment will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.
Born Oct. 9, 1949, in Ardmore, to Everett West and Frances Faulkner, she passed away after a brief illness on Oct. 17, 2009, in OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City.
She was preceded in death by her father, Everett West; stepfather, John Faulkner; and stepbrothers, Marvin “Pee Wee” Faulkner, Houston Charles Faulkner and George Faulkner.
Survivors include her mother, Frances Faulkner of Ardmore; stepbrothers, Johnny Faulkner and wife Melissa and Kevvin Faulkner, all of Marietta; stepsister, Carol Boyd and husband Paul of Lone Grove; sister-in-law, Judy Faulkner of Marietta; and many nieces and nephews.
