Gospel singing set Saturday

The 40th Annual 4th of July Open Air Gospel Singing will take place from 8 p.m. to midnight Saturday.


The singing is sponsored by Country Tabernacle. Admission is free. Attendees should bring lawn chairs. Concessions will be provided.


The event will spotlight the Bristow-based group, Masters Voice. The quartet released the CD “Exceedingly, Abundantly, Above,” which features the radio release “He Took The Cross.”


Other groups performing during the event include:


• RGK
• 4-Given
• Pemberton & Langley
• The Goodins
• Mercy River
• Resurrection Day
• The Word Family
• The Ray Torrez Family
• The Howards


Country Tabernacle is located one mile west of Lone Grove First National Bank on U.S. Highway 70 West, and four miles south on Cheek Road.
