Jim Forestal and Marc Norton caught 6.71 pounds to win the latest Lake Murray Tuesday Night Bass Tournament.
The pair also caught the Big Bass, which weighed in at 5.5 pounds. David Winchester and Sam Matheny were second with 6.11 pounds, and Larry Wood and Wayne Brown came in third at 5.70 pounds. Twelve boats participated in the event.
The Sept. 2 event went to Rodney and Jack Richards with 5.72 pounds. They caught the Big Bass at 2.71 pounds.
Winchester and Matheny were second with 4.20, and Forestal and Norton were third at 4.08.
Ten boats were in the tourney, and they battled high wind and rain.
