The Healdton Bulldogs saw their season end in a shootout that produced 109 total points, with host Carnegie winning 63-46 Friday.
The Bulldogs came within nine points at 49-40 with about 7 minutes to go, but Carnegie extended the lead to 56-40 and pulled away. The host led 28-14 at halftime.
Carnegie (9-2) will play 11-0 Hennessey in the second round.
Healdton made the playoffs for the first time since 2006. The Bulldogs finished the season 8-3 — a five-win improvement from 2008.
