Red and white roses decorated St. Mary Catholic Church in Ardmore for the June 6, 2009, wedding of Drew Elizabeth Porter and Jeremy Michael Rainer.
Monsignor John Bell, pastor at Our Lady of Angels in Allen, Texas, performed the ceremony, and nuptial music was provided by Diane Boland and cantor Allyson Harris.
Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Mike Porter, Ardmore; Mr. and Mrs. David Thompson, Aledo, Texas; and Tony Rainer, Ardmore.
Grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Leo Porter, Irving, Texas; Jackie Street, Haslet, Texas; the late Bob Street; the late Mr. and Mrs. Aubrey Reiner; Karen Liske, Alpena, Mich.; and the late Elmer Liske.
The bride wore a strapless A-line gown with Alencon lace and beaded crystals over satin with a corset back. Scalloped lace enhanced the neck and hemlines while a satin band accented the empire waist, wrapping around to the back and falling to the cathedral train.
Honor attendants were Mary Jane Porter, sister of the bride, Tempe, Ariz.; and Kenneth Wright, Lone Grove.
Other members of the wedding party were Amy Gonzalez, Kelly Goetz, Pam Porter, Michelle Siebenthall, Mehgan Machinski, Courtney Reed, Shannon Steele, Nancy Lehman, Richard Stites, Eric Burkhart, Jerod Howell, Keaton Wells, Taygen Burkhart and Cassidy Thompson.
The couple took a Caribbean cruise. They will live in Oklahoma City.
