The Church of Jesus Christ in Ringling was adorned with daisies, roses, garland and ivy-draped columns for the June 19, 2009, wedding of Brook Nicole McCoy and Derrek Trey Snodgrass. Bro. Jimmy Morris performed the ceremony, and nuptial music was provided by Charlotte Levrett, Pam Stewart and Terry Grant.
Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Clyde McCoy Jr., Ringling; Mr. and Mrs. Mike Fletcher, Ringling; and Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Allen, Ardmore. Grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Daniel J. Patrick, Ringling; the late Mr. and Mrs. Clyde McCoy; Mr. and Mrs. Jim Snodgrass, Ringling; and Mr. and Mrs. Cotton Allen, Ardmore.
The bride wore a diamond white Maggie Sottero couture gown with a corset back and full, gathered skirt adorned with pearls and crystals. The taffeta gown featured a strapless neckline with beaded trim and inset panel.
Honor attendants were Courtney McCoy, Ringling; and Wesley Marr, Ardmore.
Other members of the wedding party were Corrie Bernal, Lone Grove; Madison Peery, Jesse Allen and Jessica Allen, Ardmore; Jimmy Darryl Snodgrass and Allen Patrick, Ringling; Chad McCoy, Edmond; Callie Brewer, Wilson; Jacolbi Miller; Stevanna Edwards; and Dakota Snodgrass.
The couple took a trip to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. They live in Ardmore.
