Ardmore’s downtown area has been decked out in fall holiday splendor, bringing in the beautiful reds, oranges, yellows and purples that are so anticipated by lover of autumn.

“The Garden Tender is responsible for the attractive decorations placed at the Ardmore Post Office,” said Melissa Legg Walker, chair of the Ardmore Beautification ABC project. “The Ardmore Beautification Council had the seasonal décor added to complement the recently planted sites at City Hall and the downtown area. We think the decorations will put a smile on everyone’s faces when they see how appealing it makes our Main Street and central shopping area. The pumpkins, scarecrows and hay bales will stay in place throughout the season.”

The Ardmore Beautification Council oversees the planting and maintenance of seasonal foliage at the Ardmore Post Office front entrance.

They partner with the City of Ardmore on caring for the front entrance to City Hall and partner with the Ardmore Main Street Authority on the downtown planter beds to keep them attractive and well maintained through a contract with The Garden Tender.

Those with questions can call the Ardmore Beautification Council at (580) 223-2230.
