Good deeds, good food

Another historic Elks Lodge Annual Spaghetti Day is in the books, and this year’s event was extremely successful and mightily delicious. Members of the Elks Lodge and their spouses worked tirelessly to make sure that members of the community enjoyed some good food made with love, all for the low price of $7 per person and kids under six ate free. There was an abundance of everything during the Annual Spaghetti Day festivities - lots of music, smiles, hugs and of course spaghetti. Really good spaghetti. Covered in hearty marinara sauce with some salad and a piece of carrot cake or red velvet cake for dessert to top it all off. This gourmet menu truly revealed the true intentions of the event, which was to feed the community. The relationship between the community and the Elks Lodge grows stronger by the day and it is because of such events that show how the two complement each other.
