OKLAHOMA CITY — Dr. Darla Kendzor, Co-Director of the TSET Health Promotion Research Center (HPRC) and Dr. Jon Hart, Director of the Oklahoma Tobacco Helpline (OTC), both on the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, are working to address smoking cessation among pregnant women with Medicaid insurance.
Teen anime and manga book club discussion Scheduled for Nov. 17
Join Champion Public Library for our continuation of reading, discussing and exploring the creative world of Japanese manga and animation with fellow teens who love all things manga and anime. November’s book club discussion will be on Thursday, November 17 at 5:30 p.m. and will gaze into the world of friendship in “Komi Can’t Communicate, Vol. 1” by Tomohito Oda. After discussion, teens will get to participate in an Anime Character Bingo.
