Another year is in the books and that means it’s time to find out who made the 2024 All-Ardmoreite girls cross country team.

Madill’s Yadira Barbosa highlights the group as she led area runners in fifth during the Class 4A State Championship. It was also a personal improvement after she placed 10th a year ago.

“I was very pleased with Yadira Barbosa placing fifth as an individual,” head coach Cale Eidson told the Madill Record. “She ran what I thought was her best race of the season and I’m very proud of her for that and the work she has put in this year.”

Barbosa is joined by Dickson’s Jaden Alexander along with Plainview’s Chloe Coenen, Elizabeth Sauer, Willa Harvey, Gracie Bryant, Norah Orr and Brinkleigh Austin.

All runners are invited to the Best of the Arbuckles Banquet in May 2025, where the Runner of the Year will be announced.
