5 things to do this weekend

empowHER, sponsored by The Good Shepherd Community Clinic, Inc. and Bloom – Good Shepherd Women’s Health, will be from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday at the Ardmore Convention Center. There will be vendors, interactive/crafting booths in addition to food, selfie booths and more. The event is also free to the public.

John Ashley White and Josh Wilkins will be the featured performers in the Listening Room at Marvin’s Place Art Gallery at 6:30 p.m. Friday. The event is free to the public and brings opportunities to enjoy fine art and an adult beverage to cap off the strenuous work week. The gallery is located at 103 West Main St. in Ardmore.

Test your knowledge at Trivia Night, which will be from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., Saturday at Marvin’s Place Art Gallery. The event will benefit The Goddard Center with a $5 buy-in. There will be cash and other prizes with adult and non-alcoholic drinks available for purchase along with snacks.

Rachel & Griff will take the stage at The Rock Kitchen & Lounge from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Saturday. There will be opportunities to enjoy beverages and food as well. The Rock is located at 2207 N. Rockford Road in Ardmore.

Enjoy an affordable evening out at the Anoli’ Theater at the Chickasaw Cultural Center. The theater will screen Devotion at 6:30 p.m., Friday. Tickets are $4 for adults and $3 for children 12 and under. A combination package of ticket, popcorn and bottled water is available for $6. The center is located at 867 Cooper Memorial Drive in Sulphur.
