Embrace your Green Thumb and participate in the Plant Swap, which will be from 9 to 11 a.m., Saturday at 106 E. Broadway in Ardmore. Participants can bring a plant and swap it for another. Or, if you don’t have a plant, no problem. There will be free extra plants available.

Support the Woodford Volunteer Fire Department this weekend. One of the county’s oldest fire departments will host its annual BBQ/Auction fundraiser from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday. All proceeds will go to benefit the department. The event is located at 5483 Woodford Road in Springer.

Do you have music on the mind? Head to Marvin’s Place Art Gallery Friday night to see Oliver White and Darrin Kobetich perform. They will perform in the Listening Room from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Friday night with adult beverages to enhance your experience. There will also be snacks available and art to appreciate.
