5 things to do this weekend

The 37th Great Easter Egg Hunt is set for 10 a.m., Saturday in the American Nation Bank field, north of Walmart behind the radio stations. Kids aged 3 to 10 will be able to hunt over 10,000 eggs in their age divisions. Kids under three can receive an infant bag.

Speaking of Easter Eggs, the First Baptist Church Children’s and Preteen Ministry will host a free Easter Egg Hunt at 4:30 p.m., Friday in Regional Park. Kindergarten and younger will hunt at 5 p.m. with kids first grade and older getting their turn at 5:45 p.m. There will also be popcorn, cotton candy, snow cones and inflatables. Kids must be accompanied by an adult.

Ain’t no party like the karaoke party at The Station Sports Bar & Grill. Your time to shine is from 8:30 to 11:30 p.m., Friday. Whether you are born for the moment or could use some 80 proof for internal fortitude, there is a place for you. Kids are welcome until 10 p.m. The Station is located at 24 Mill Street SE in Ardmore.

Looking for security in this crazy world? The Ardmore Family YMCA is hosting a Women’s Self-Defense Class for ages 16 and older at 8:30 a.m., Saturday. Sgt. Kropp and Sgt. Eller from the Ardmore Police Department will serve as instructors. Both have backgrounds in the martial arts. Visit the YMCA or go to its site on Facebook to register for the course. The YMCA is located at 920 15th Ave. NW in Ardmore.

Head down the road and see Victoria Lemons perform from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday at the Bois D’Arc Winery. There will also be wine and craft beer to enjoy in a relaxing atmosphere. The winery is located at 18583 W. Hwy 70 in Madill.
