William “Bill” Edmund McAtee was born April 14, 1939 to Lester and Margaret (Grady) McAtee in Dallas, TX. He passed from this life on November 23, 2022 at the age of 83. Bill was a graduate of Mount Saint Mary Catholic High School in the Class of 1957. In July of 1966 he married Doris Massey in Oklahoma City. Bill spent the majority of his career in Auto Sales in the Oklahoma City and Dallas area.

Bill enjoyed playing golf, watching football, and spending time with his family. Bill was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife Doris; sons Christian McAtee and his wife Sabrina and Scott Gibbs and his wife Angela; grandchildren Case McAtee, Owen Slepicka, Lezley Goff, Ashley Washburn, Easton Gibbs and Courtney Boyce; and great grandchildren Jaden Gibbs, Jaley Goff, Kinzley Goff, Kashyn Gibbs, Ryder Washburn, Easton Gibbs, Donavonn Gibbs, Roman Boyce and Preston Gibbs. Funeral services with military honors are scheduled for Thursday, December 1, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at the Craddock Memorial Chapel with Deacon Bob Highsmith officiating. Interment will follow at Young Cemetery.
