HEALDTON — Kellon Talmadge Adams, age 92, passed away on Tuesday, February 12, 2013, at his home in Healdton, Okla. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, February 16, 2013, at the Shell Street Church of Christ of Healdton with Danny Huntsman, Minister, officiating.
Kellon was born on September 14, 1920, to Russell E. Adams and Mary Estelle Adams. He married Junita "Snooky" Adams, the love of his life, on December 30, 1939. Kellon was very active and a supporting member of the Shell Street Church of Christ since 1951. He took attendance, taught class and was always involved in funding and supporting the Tipton Children's Home and the West View Boys Home. Kellon also was very busy being a handy man. He enjoyed fixing anything that was broken.
Kellon was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife, Snooky, of 73 years of the home in Healdton; sister, Ruth Morris, nephews, Mark Morris and Robert Morris, nieces, Janet Morris-McGee and Catherine Morris, all of California; cousin, Mary Martin of Ardmore; and close friends, Danny and Ann Huntsman of Healdton, Okla.
