Inez Fuller, age 80, of Ardmore, passed away on Friday, June 28, 2013. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Monday, July 1, 2013, in The Chapel at Griffin~Hillcrest. Services will conclude in The Chapel.

Inez was born on June 30, 1932, to Josiah and Beatrice (Bridgman) Lewis at Ryan, Okla. She attended and graduated from Lone Grove High School. Inez married Ken Pettitt in 1950 and the couple moved to Gainesville, Texas. After this marriage ended, she moved to Ventura, California, and married Ted Fuller. Inez had been a homemaker for most of her life and when she moved to Ardmore in 1972 to be close to her mother, she began working in the home health field. Inez loved to read, going dancing and to garage sales. She enjoyed helping people and was a loving and caring grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her father, Josiah Lewis; mother, Beatrice Tankersley; son, Ken Pettitt; and brothers, Herman Tankersley and Richard Price.

Inez is survived by her daughter, Vicki Mills and husband, Gary, of Ardmore, Okla.; two grandchildren, Kelli LaRue and husband, Preston, of Clarksville, Tenn., and Geoffrey Mills of Ardmore, Okla.; one great-grandson, Greysen Mills; and soon-to-be great-granddaughter, Kaylin LaRue; her brothers and sisters, Irene Conway of Lone Grove, Okla., Rusty Tankersley of Ardmore, Okla., Lynne Hamilton of Ardmore, Okla., Elsia Larson of South Dakota, and Alvin Tankersley of Texas.
