Delma Alline Potts, 85, of Madill, passed away Saturday, Nov. 14, 2015, at her home in Madill. She was born on May 15, 1931, in Mannsville, to the late Calvin Cornelius Priddy and Annie Maud Ingle Priddy. Delma was raised in Mannsville where she attended school.
She was married to Walton McRavin from 1946 to 1948 and he preceded her in death. She later married Vernon Potts on Dec. 4, 1951, in Gainesville, Texas, and he preceded her in death on April 20, 2011. She moved to California where she lived for 37 years before moving to Enos in 1977. In 2008, she moved to Madill where she lived the rest of her life. Delma was affiliated with the Assembly of God Church and she enjoyed gardening, lawn mowing, crocheting, making crafts and sewing. Her greatest love was her kids and grandchildren.
She is survived by her children, Alvin McRavin and wife, Patricia, Madill, and Tresa Laeger and husband, Leslie, Rhome, Texas; brothers, Arbie Priddy, Mannsville, and Kenneth Priddy and wife, Rachel, Madill; sisters, Lavana Pelham, Bridgeport, Texas, and Darwitta Thompson and husband, Don, Binger, Okla.; grandchildren, Kylene Gregory, Chris Gregory and Sarah Minor; and great-grandchildren, Allissa Laeger, Brayden Gregory, Cheyenne Gregory and Anagayle Minor.
Delma was preceded in death by her parents; two husbands; and sister, Mahota Shaw.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. with a family hour from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 20, 2015, at Watts Funeral Home, Madill.
Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 21, 2015, at the Watts Memorial Chapel, Madill. Chris Brown will officiate the services. Interment will be at the Lone Cedar Cemetery, Mannsville.
