StoryWalk opens at Regional Park

The Southern Oklahoma Library System officially unveiled its StoryWalk at the pavilion trail at Regional Park on Tuesday morning. A StoryWalk is an outdoor reading experience where children’s book is deconstructed and the pages of the book are laminated and displayed in permanent kiosks along a walking trail.

A Gathering of Remembrance will be held for Donna Katherine Moon, 74, on Saturday, May 21, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. in the Centennial Chapel of Harvey-Douglas Funeral Home with Brother Casey Clinton officiating. Donna was born January 23, 1948 in Denison, Texas, the daughter of the late Jack Rogers and Dorothy Troop. She passed away May 14, 2022 in a local nursing home.
