Ardmore - Funeral Services for Mr. Jacky “Jack” Ray Vandeventer, 87 of Cheek are scheduled for 2:00 P.M., Saturday, April 30, 2022 at the Emmanuel Baptist Church in Ardmore with Rev. David Gardner and Darryl Howard officiating. Interment will follow to Cheek Cemetery. Services are under the care and direction of Alexander Gray Funeral Home in Wilson.

Ellyn Lorayne Teel

Ellyn Lorayne Teel was born October 4, 1949 to Kathleen (Kelly) and Melvin Keldsen in Duluth, MN. She passed from this life on April 25, 2022 at the age of 72. Ellyn was a graduate of Baldwin Park High School in the class of 1967. She followed her stepmother’s footsteps into the banking industry. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance at Cal State University in LA. Ellyn was employed at City National Bank for many years retiring in 2008 as a Senior Vice President.
