This Sunday the City of Ardmore will be turning 137 years old. In honor of the occasion, the Greater Southwest Historical Museum will be hosting a variety of games and activities all day on Friday, July 26.
With two productions in the rearview mirror, the final musical of the Jim and Ida Williams Summer Youth Theatre is running through the weekend at the Brass Ring Center for Performing Arts.
This week, the Ardmore Little Theatre is making their grand return to the newly remodeled Godard Center with their production of “The Wizard of Oz,” the classic story of a Kansas farmgirl transported to a magical land.
Friday night means live music at Marvin’s Place Art Gallery. Mark Shelton will perform in the Listening Room from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. The art gallery will remain open until 9 p.m. Enjoy snacks and an adult beverage while listening to music and viewing the fine art on display. The gallery is located at 103 West Main Street in Ardmore.
Cool off at the Recreation Celebration from 1 to 3 p.m., Saturday at the Ardmore Community Water Park. The event is free with water park admission and will feature games and activities along with delicious treats and free door prizes.
