Size truly will not matter Friday evening at the Ardmore Convention Center. Extreme Dwarfanators Wrestling will start at 8 p.m. featuring a night of Dwarfs vs. Minis wrestling. Tickets can be purchased at dwarfanators.com. The convention center is located at 2401 Rockford Road in Ardmore.
Dare to dance with Lady Luck and usher in the new year with bingo at Nerdy Meeple Boardgame Café. Competition will be from 7 to 10 p.m., Friday at the café, which is located at 8 Broadlawn. The cover is $5, which is good for all rounds and a chance to win prizes. The event is limited to ages 12 and over with no outside food, drinks and containers allowed.
Head to the Chickasaw Visitor Center and see the works of featured artist Paige Busick. Busick has an exhibit running through Jan. 10 that features oil painting, quilting and printmaking. The exhibit is free and open to the public. The center is located at 901 West 1st St. in Sulphur.
Go out and find some hidden treasures this weekend at the flea market, located at 2306 Mary Niblack Road. IN addition to all kinds of antiques and goods, you can usually find something pretty good to eat. The market opens Saturday morning and shuts down at 2 p.m.
If hobbies are part of your resolution for the new year, look into pickleball. All levels are welcome to play from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday and 2 to 5 p.m. on Sunday. The pickleball courts are located at Regional Park.
