Shopping for gifts

The Madill Hospital Auxiliary (Pink Ladies) will hold its 2024 annual Christmas sale from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday. The sale will be at 901 S. 5th Avenue in Madill. The giftshop is located just inside the main entrance of Alliance Health Madill Hospital. Proceeds from this sale benefit the hospital. All merchandise will be 25% off except Rowe Casa products. Chilling with the chigger

The 28th Annual Chigger Chase run will return at 4:30 p.m., Nov. 16 at Regional Park. Take part in this timeless classic either the 5K run or the one-mile fun run. Create an ornament

The Bookseller will host a Book Ornament Workshop from 1 to 3 p.m., Nov. 30. The cost is $20 per person with snacks and drinks provided. The Bookseller is located at 614 W. Main St. in Ardmore.

Everyone loves a parade

Enjoy one of Ardmore’s favorite season traditions. Ardmore Main Street’s Parade of Lights is scheduled for Dec. 3. Festivities will once again kickoff with the Christmas Tree lighting at 6:05 p.m. in Central Park followed by the parade down Main Street.

Breakfast with Santa

The HFV Wilson Community Center will host Breakfast with Santa and the Candy Cane Scramble from 9 to 11 a.m., Dec. 7. Along with breakfast, there will be crafts, music and the scramble for candy canes in the gym. Breakfast and the scramble are free of charge. The center is located at 625 E. Main in Ardmore.
