The Ardmore Beautification Council and the Department of Environmental Quality have announced the Carter County Litter Poster Contest.
The contest is in conjunction with the Oklahoma Department of Transportation’s Keep our Land Grand Trash Poster Contest currently underway.
Area art teachers are having their students compete in the contest. Entries are due by the end of the month.
Local judges will submit winning posters for consideration in a statewide contest.
The winning entries will be included in a calendar featuring the young and talented artists.
